Segun Steve Alashi (born 10 April in Kwara state), better known as ‘’Baddest” , is a Veteran Hotel Manager, Club Manager, Event organizer, and also the Ceo Team Baddest.
Having successfully managed many hotel,bars and nightclub both in his home town and Lagos
His rise to fame didn’t occur overnight and can be attributed to his vision, hard work, and determination, which made him a celebrity nightlife and hospitality manager.

He started the the hospitality and nightlife Promotion Company TEAM BADDEST, a company which has planted its roots by making nightlife and hospitality a top notch in Ikorodu and it's axis.

He has won quite a number of awards and recognition. He won the award as BEST CLUB part of his plans to align with the international standard of hospitality and entertainment, Segun Steve has toured some countries and has plans of touring other countries in 2020.
The club boss as popular called is currently the CEO of Haven Lounge by Team Baddest, which is the biggest and most expensive nightclub in Ikorodu. He decided to step down as a general manager after several years as a manager of various hotels,bar and night club including Mambillah Hotels, F1 bar, Royal cedars hotels and apartment, amadur suites, Chinese restaurant,F &G suites ilupeju, Destiny castle etc.
The Kwara-born Nigerian club boss has worked with a number of A-list music artists in Nigeria, such as 9ice, lil kesh, Zlatan,K1 de Ultimate and others.
